Continually Under Contruction
I'm learning to let go;
to forgive; to forget grudges.
to trust; to hope; & to believe the impossible.
welcome change; take a risk ; speak my mind.
to never take anyone for granted ;
and to make the most of life;
I'm learning now to live. to love.
and to be loved.
we are not the same person now as last year,
nor are those we love. it is a happy chance
if we, while changing, continue to love a changed person.
everyday I'm going to get up and live.
the thing is, I don't believe in black and white.
everything is simply and different shade of grey.
In every summer thunderstorm, you'll see me.
I kiss the clouds on rainy days and
smile for you when skies are grey.
I think the world really boils down
to two types of people: those who see
pictures in the sky, and those who just see clouds.
